The BR file isn't available anymore, but eh, if that's true then fine I guess. Just a bit sick of never being able to see any proof, just doesn't make any sense. Even so knifing through walls is only possible if their feet stick out. Shooting through doors isn't imo sufficient proof to permanently ban someone. But whatever I guess.

Edit: Spoke to him personally now, he said that he indeed uses his soundcard (Creative X-Fi Xtreme Game) to increase sounds to a high level while staying muted on mumble, which fits in to my story. But I guess most things have already been said so you decide if you wanna keep him banned or not. Personally I am still not at all convinced that he is cheating.

Edit again: He literally does not speak a single word of English. If you really want me to tell him to make a ban appeal then sure I'll do, and it will be in Russian/google translate or whatever. But I don't see the point of that, since he knows I made this one which is kind of the same thing as me/google "translating".

there are lots of players who accomplish "weird" kills. we have/had community members who wed probably had accused of cheating if we didnt know them well enough. ive shot many players through objects just by anticipating their walkways through hearing although i wouldnt modify my soundcard :p which might not be the fairest playstyle but if were going there, we should also ban low graphic abusers which also cant be proved obviously. there were cases 3/4 years ago with players who modified their localisations to see the kill messages and i dont remember any consequences for them.

being banned through punkbuster is suspicious, yes, but as already mentioned not really sufficient proof.
if he posted a ban appeal, id vote for a lift.

It happened on about a 3/4 year ago on kokan skirmish.
I was laying afk in a room for about 10-15 minutes.
He spawned and moved directly towards me and aimed at me while he was still 50 meters away. I waslaying sidewars to the wall so he coulnt see me. But he still aimed directly at me moved towards the wall and knifed me through it somehow.

The other thing was thar he was standing inside one of the towers around north village. He was kneeing behind a wooden door and killed people at south village through it (100m!!). With just modifining his sound card he would not be able to shoot them that far away.

I am 100% shure that he was cheating.

Two reasons why he should stay banned IMO:
1. He is scripting, so in my understanding he is cheating. There was quite some scripting going on in the russian community couple of years ago. Such as sound and visual tweaks but also such stuff as recoil free shooting, etc.
2. He isn’t communicating or contributing while playing.
