WeeD-KilleR was driving my tank. You can probably double check anything with him.

Re: Banned for damaging team vehicle, after my squad was TK'
Okay seems i read it sloppy with only one eye open while talking to Buschpilot so i misunderstood some important details.. ive understood the infantry was behind the tank not visual for Liam so that would make it an accident.. but taking the shot and risking friendly kills was the wrong decision of course.. but that would be at least a !warn not more because in the field you decide in an split second and sometimes you make bad decisions.. But Planting c4 on the Tank afterwards is griefing and deserves a ban clearly.

Re: Banned for damaging team vehicle, after my squad was TK'
Just to clarify some stuff:
- Liam did not fire AT missle at your squad but at the tank. He fired when friendlies were clearly moving away from the tank. They were visibile for Liam (and me) but it looked like they were far away with enough distance. To be fair here it would have been better to let you do what ever you want because it would have avoided drama because of some "points" we never gave a fuck about. The reason we wanted to destroy the tank was because of efficiency reasons - not because of points.
- We did not TK your squad. We Tk'd 2 people that were next to the tank (but clearly moving AWAY from the tank) and got caught in the blast of the tow missle. Both people that died were reviveable iirc.
- You TK'd me with your C4 out of the third gunner seat resulting in me having to respawn and walk over there again. Also you damaged our tank with it - even tho it wasnt much damage.
The rest has been said already.

Re: Banned for damaging team vehicle, after my squad was TK'
So, I had a look at the BR file. This is how the situation appeared for me:
1 Minute before arrival of Liam&Weed you and your squad were securing the warehouse next to the tank. The tank was unmanned and stationary at the enemy repair station. Your breacher was fiddling at the tank but retreated to your squad and went into the warehouse. At the time of arrival of your friendly tank nonoe of your squadmembers was close to the enemy tank. Liam took aim at the enemy tank and loaded the ATGM, thats what I suppose why he didnt shoot right away. ~5 seconds after arrival of the friendly tank and Liam taking aim, you and your breacher swarmed to the tank. You being squadleader and standing in front of the enemy tank, in direct line of fire from you friendly tank. Before Liam shot his ATGM you moved a few meters behind and to the right of the enemy tank, one of your squadmembers was a few meters in front and to the right. He had no sight on the breacher behind the tank, it actually looked like you were retreating.
My conclusion:
It is not correct that you were already working on the tank when Liam&Weed arrived, its rather the other way around. You moved yourself and your squad in direct line of fire of your friendly tank after he took aim. In a normal situation I would considere this forced TK because the intention of the tank was clear and he was first to arrive at target in this case. It rather looked like you had the plan to blow it up and were not willing to step back from this plan when the situation changed. The situation was in no way hot, so it would have been perfectly okay for Liam&Weed not to take the shot but considering that they were tank crew and thus taking out enemy armour is their top priority, already aiming at the tank when the area was clear and you stepping back from the tank I can understand that they fired the ATGM with the intention to blow the enemy tank up and clearly not to kill your squad, he could have done that when you were close and in front of the tank even better. He did in no way kill your whole squad but you + 1 grunt and you were revived afterwards. I would rate this TK accidential but preventable because shooting the tank and risking TKs was not necessary from an external point of view. The punishment for this would have been a kick at max IMO, not worthy a time or even full ban.
