Apologizing for being Banned for accidental TK

I was playing on Arctic night map and I must have mistaken the enemy for my team. Can you please confirm that I team killed (because I didn't get Banned right away). I apologize and I will try to better identify the uniforms.
New is probably the most "balanced" server that doesn't clan stack. I prefer it more than Merk. Will you consider an unban?
In-game name is Trifecta.
Can you please tell me how this will work now?

dont worry: you just got timebanned. Apperantly you were teamkilling which is absolutely NOT appreciated on our server. From our side of view it shows a lack of respect for your fellow teammates and the work each and everyone puts into the game. Next time double check before you open fire! Be sure to always know about your suroundings and teammates nerby.

Just dont do it again and you will be good. You may wish to recheck our rules to avoid similiar actions in the near future.

I appreciate it. But when I got banned it was about 20ish minutes in a game.
Might have had collateral damage when I blew up an enemy Humvee on the previous match just before the game ended.
I will try to be more careful next time, Thanks .

You should be able to join the server again as soon as the map changes.
