jabal skirm & baseraping

So we were seeding the server, one of my guys (name starts with [K] Om1ch) was on the mountain of US main shooting people leaving MEC main somewhere (didn't look what exactly he did so I don't deny that he may BR'ed someone)
After 2 kills he got instantly banned by the guy named like 123abcd or something like that.
He did't answer me why he did not use the warnings and after that all the way to the end of the game we got baseraped multiple times on our main without any further bans / warnings.

So i'm interested in unbanning of a guy from my squad because this is not okay.

Was just a timeban..... U shot 2 People directly leaving Main Base with the Sniper. I get a Report resporned in Main, walked 10 meters stoped, stoped start counting 1, 2, Seconds DEAD u shot me!

Basrape/Basecamp is a BAN reason at our Server!

Look at the battlerecorder and ban everyone why BR'ed us after that then. Why you did not ban them?
I've reported grenadier sending grenades into our main and MG shooting us next to the crate, none of them were even warned.

And read carefully: that was not me.

Main question is why care at all at skirmish?

Hi Rince,

good to see that u made it to our forums and thanks for your report, we will discuss it internally together with the responsible admin and give you an official statement once we are done.
But there is one thing i have to clarify right away, you have to abide by our serverrules when playing on our server regardless of the gamemode that's running. And in case it was really intentional baserape then the admin followed our guidelines to the dot - even if he didn't warn him beforehand.

I can agree about following all rules even at skirmish but - there should be some common sense. Banning people for something that minor right away while seeding - isn't so common. I always watch for my squad and force following the rules, simple warning would do the job and even if someone from my sq wont listen an admin (very unlikely that sort of thing can happen) he will listen to me.

Okay, the banning admin described the incident in detail and i checked the BR-file to receive an own impression as well. And it's a proven fact now that ur mate [K] Om1chevsky killed 3 ppl that were still inside the MEC mainbase and would have eventually killed more if our admin wouldn't have steped in. As for the common sense u mentioned, it is definitely common sense not to attack the enemy mainbase and it will get u banned on most of the PR servers out there if u don't comply with it, instantly. But since he only got temporarily banned he should consider it a final warning.

[K] 0m1ch had already one aktiv ban but apoligized and got unbanned.. [K] 0m1ch should know the Rules and he can be lucky that it was just a Timebann..

Let [K] 0m1ch know that he is walking on thin ice.. and another Ban will not be lifted..

it will get u banned on most of the PR servers out there if u don't comply with it, instantly.

No. At seeding skirmish map I haven't seen (oh and we've been around since 2010 so i've seen a lot) anyone banning people at all, except mass teamkills. This is common sense. Any full-scale map after that should be taken with all seriousness but not seeding.

to notify an admin ingame or post screenshots/videos/br on our forums. Sometimes when its realy busy or only one or two admins are online at the same time, you may have to repeat the report after a few minutes if no response was given.

Only because "someone" got away with it there is no excuse to violate our rules. Please keep that in mind.

This is what i've done and the only guy got warned, not insta-banned. What the difference is the reason of that selectiveness?
Other reports got no reaction.

Also on skirmish which shows that mostly you take the game too seriously or was in bad mood or whatever.
