hi we are very concerned about the way admins threat the players on the NEW ERA WARFARE PR servers. Where its ok to kick players and slay them randomly cause it doesnt fit the admins riding in a APC that got blown up in a ambush. my squad and i was going in Dylum village A CAPABLE FLAG and yes we have read your rules where it says its allowed as long you dont fire right into the main.
we where at the crossroads that split the road right behind dylum where our truck was parked with ammo for our combat engi
the admin team that got killed right in the crossroads goes apeshit on us
and tell us to Quote " GTFO / Get the fuck out " or we will be slapped and banned so hard our mothers would feel it.
we then answer we will move from the location
but meanwhile they keep shoting on us and when we return fire to cover our fallback they kick and kill our members with console commands
then they say whats kinda clear when we object in the chat.

And then after all that they type !

well, usually admins should let do those things the admins in the right team.
i dont know why they havent told us in mumble....( if u were the squad with "al atifal" or something.)

Hi Morales,

first of all, I wasn't in any of the destroyed APCs, I was fighting as an Infantryman at Hill 93.
I just got some reports via Mumble that there were some ATs and Mines in the village and close to the bridge.
So the first thing I did was letting all players on the server know, that camping in the village is not allowed (via !s). Then after 2 or 3 minutes I got more complaints about attacks in the village, so I switched over to the Militia and saw 5 guys (about 2 dead) inside the village with a Combat Engineer kits and 2 Mine Markers inside the village. So I warned 1 guy (GTFO because I was in a hurry and I thaught you knew what I meant).

As we are currently discussing if it should be allowed to destroy the bridge and attack the village, I first tried the !kill command which unfortunately didn't work so I kicked your Combat Engineer as all other guys were already dead.
And please don't quote me with out-of-context taken statements.

Dear Morales

As you can see on the map linked by gammla (its the map 4 of 8) your squad was in the non combat zone at the time gammla changed side to check who was raping. The non combat zone (red) and the non camping zone (blue) are active until its possible for the milita team to cap the last flag. We did ask the milita team to leave the non combat zones 2-3 minutes before we started to punish anybody. By the way no admin ever threatened you with a ban. We just told you, that we will soon have to kick players in the non combat zone.
I also want to mention, that it is crucial to leave the non combat/non camping zone immediately if asked so by an admin. An ordered withdraw is out of the question. So if you get shot at while retreating you have no right to shoot back until you are out of the marked zones. I understand, that you didnt want to lose your special kits, but in this situation this will not make it legal for you to keep fighting there. The best way to ensure the safety of your special kits it to keep them out of the forbidden zones.

Thats not true. No admin ever used any words close to that. We only warned you. We did not use any kind of offensive language. We merely told you to get out (yes maybe someone wrote GTFO) or get kicked. If you want we can proofe this by providing you with the chatlog.

I also want to mention that we did not react because you killed any admin at dylym but because multiple people in our team were complaining about you. As admins we have to react to this and the rules are quite clear (check out the map). Therefore you have not been punished by some admins which were personally affected by your deeds.

Oh and about the out-of-context chatlog you added. This were our answers to your complain about losing your special kits if you cant shoot back while retreating. Gammla told you, that we dont care if you lose your kits while retreating when you break the rules. I told you that you should think about losing your special kits before entering a non combat zone. Just to bring some context into a short chatlog with none.
