Was banned the 2014-01-23, time i dont know.
The reason for it was probably the cheat accusations on Gonzalo / me (?) Thread

Just a few more informations to get a clear statement for all people here.

The PR Community accuse your clanmate gonzalo to be a cheater / hacker. To prove this, one of the PR community members create an video about gonzalo and you flying multiple air assets and spot / hunting down enemy assets on a way it's impossible for even a very very good pilot. With this video we can prove that gonzalo is a cheater.

So why did you get a ban? We perform a vote in our forums to talk about you. If you watch the video it is nearly impossible that you didn't know about gonzalos cheat. So on the one hand we can't prove you cheating by your self but on the other hand we can say, that you know about the cheat and also get an advantage. The law calls this complicity and thats why we decided you get the same punishment like gonzalo - Permban on NEW

If you dont want me on your server thats ok, the video only showed me once with gonzalo btw (the last part, 3 min, not much proof that i knew he was "cheating" dont know why it wouldnt be impossible for me to not know he wasnt cheating, you can even see in the video that im looking around alot in cas scouting.)

The New Era Warfare admin team has approved without a dissentient vote to ban gonzalo456 for cheating and Qside for being a "knowing" teampartner. Vicious gets a mercy, as there is not enough evidence about him being involved in the incident.

look closer. its not about the last part, its the jet flying. without wallhack its impossible to spot groundtargets that fast. tanks and stuff MAYbe at various times. but all the time? and proned inf.
a single man. just no.

as a "thinking" human, its impossible for you to not mention any suspicious behaviour.

of course you dont "think" he cheats. what else should you say...

Well if it's not even about the last part and you have no "suspicious" proof where i'm actually in it or even playing at the same time as Gonzalo, it's completley irrational to suspect me of knowing, in that case you can ban our whole clan for suspicion of knowing that he cheated just because we play with him.
