I am coming to you since I got banned from your server because of that ghosting drama ; I had a chat earlier with Bloodydeed who told me I could appeal it, at least by appeal I mean getting in contact with you about this.

I hope you have read what I posted on the private thread on realitymod. As I already stated there I am sincerely sorry for what happened, believe it or not I hate and find ghosting stupid and game-ruining as much as you do. Despite of some circumstances that I would myself call softening - which I acknowledge is not a shared opinion - I am fully aware of that ghosting and my involvement in it, whether you consider it partial or not.

I have played quite often on your server and enjoyed it, furthermore I wish to point out the fact that I never put myself in big trouble by breaking the rules or misbehaving like a douche. I hope you can understand that obviously, it won't ever happen again just as it had never happened before. I do really apologize and know how bad of a move it was. I got caught for the first time ever, but I will deal with the consequences, and you can be sure that I'll learn from my mistake.

I have been quite saddened by what was said by some people, mentioning the accused as known bad-reputated players with no clean record. I can assure you, never did I get heavily punished for anything wrong whatsoever nor did I ever have trouble with anyone on your server. I do care quite a lot about my image on PR which I want good, and to see people write about our "group" as said above has been affecting me, because I truly and objectively think that it is not any relevant regarding the way I play PR and act as a player. Please understand that I am not associated to any group per se, and this is the reason why I am not joining any clan : I simply don't want to. In my opinion there shouldn't be such thing as "you are guilty by association hence badly-considered because of whom you hang out with" regarding the fact that it should be to each their own thoughts and their own actions.

Like I said I am not actually denying my ban and trying to get it completely lifted, because I know it did not occur for no reason, but rather hoping for a shortened temporary ban. Awaiting to get any positive or negative response to that, and personally hoping for leniency or at least understanding

You were first banned of our server on June 23rd, 2013 for what you considered "dark humour" (in Germany, it is considered racist and - to put it mildly - being extremely disrespectful).

It is not common to give an unban after such behaviour, but the banning admin decided to give you a second chance.

After the events of the recent weeks, the admin team of New Era Warfare permanently banned all players involved in stream ghosting. Given that
1) This is your second ban on our server;
2) Our policy about cheaters and ghosters;
3) And our policy of third chances;
I - personally - think that your eventual unban would not occur in this year.

We are given the same punishment as for a hacker/DDOSer or anything similar to this. I respect your choice but I am highly disappointed in your lack of understanding because you make no difference between a known long-time griefer and a guy caught ghosting one minute with all surrounding circumstances for the first time ever.

Simply because we got recorded everybody has been making a big deal of it, bug there are ghosters being kicked/banned everyday from servers and as far as I know you don't permaban them. Namely hardcore members who were reported for ghosting two years ago, and what not.

That drama has been an obvious witch hunt anyway, which many open-minded enough people have noticed, so the decision doesn't surprise me. Paint everyone with the same brush if it's what you want.

Yes, you as one member of that group are given that punishment, but it was given to your person, because you highly deserve it. You had your second chance on our server (which is after a racist comment a very rare event), and you broke the rules again, and ghosted after you wrote a racist comment. There is a special place on top of our ban list for this behaviour. Live with the consequences.

We permaban ghosters and cheaters with no possibility of an unban. Our cheating member you mentioned (his name is SirCom http://newcommunity.eu/forum/memberlist ... ofile&u=69) was banned from our server and our community.

You wrote that "black humour" comment back then yourself. You got unbanned yourself. You decided to streamghost yourself. You got banned yourself, because you did what you did, and not because with whom you did it.

It is not a drama, it is what it is: making a clear cut which behaviour is considered acceptable. And excuse me, but since when is it a crime to punish people who have clearly broken one of the most important rules of our server, and the PR community? I work with several colors nAyow, but after this action you are pretty black in my book.
