Banned for picking up a Kit?

Greetings,
I just got banned (5 minutes ago) for picking up a sniper-kit on your server.
Accountname: SnIp3rphIls or something like that.
I know that somebody killed the guy with the sniper-rifle and i thought this is my chance to finally gain such a rifle, but 5 minutes later i got banned for having this kit - I DIDNT THE FUCK KILL THE GUY (Rage off).
So it would be pretty nice to unban me and ban the guy who killed him, not the guy (me) who picked up his kit.

Actually your mate GBU Blackii-(AUT) killed him to get the sniperkit, after he was faster than you.
You guys complained in chat before, that it belongs to you. Then you tried to let the TK look like an acident in chat...

Your ban will not be lifter now, since you were involved in this case

- Well, the victim was also involved in this case (is he banned too ;)
Beeing involved and commiting something is a big difference but I'm sure that you will find a solution.

The chatlog clearly supports your statement that you personally did not say anything.
BUT as you can see, your squad leader:
- Wanted to get the sniper kit
- Teamkilled the guy who had it
- Declined his rulebreaking action in chat and gave the kit to you to avoid consequenses

As you are certainly aware of, supporting a rulebreak, enjoying the results and after that deniing its very existence is considered worse than admitting the rulebreak and asking for a second chance (what the most of the banned receive).

With your behaviour during this unban request, you supported the theory, that you:
- will take matters in your own hands if you don't get what you want,
- even by wasting the assets (tickets are assets aswell, as you lose the round if you don't have any) of your team and breaking the server rules,
- and will try to mask and decline your actions so the admins can not take actions, hoping that you can stay on the server
- disturbing the fun of others and bringing the game into disrepute.

To give you a little more time to rethink your actions, feel free to request a new unban after the 24th of may 2012.

I'm pretty happy that you realised that i didn't do anything except picking up a kit by a guy who got teamkilled.
Just 4 the case we were not Clanmates - you banned me too?

I have to accept your decision, but you can be sure we'll see again on the battlefield.
