When have you been banned?: cant remember the exact date and time, but it was about one week ago

What was the reason?: it says that i was banned for excessive team killing.

Who was the Admin?: didnt catch their name either.

Comment why you ignored our serverrules and why we should unban you: i do recall team killing a few people by accident while gunning an APC two rounds in a row, but i do not remember whether it was on NEW or a different server. especially killing this one dude who constantly went out solo and was at or somewhere near enemy positions, thus how i mistook him as a hostile and killed him twice and he wasnt very forgiving about it either. i was warned twice about it and banned the next round. if thats the case, the team kills were in no way intended.

to be honest, i see no reason for you to keep me banned, minding that i did apologize to the guy about it but he just decided to be an ass about it and reported me twice both times, despite me constantly repeating that the team kills were accidental.

do you use a legal key of bf2 ? if not maybe someone else using the same key got banned and thats why you are banned aswell.

yeah, of course. i've been playing PR for at least three years or so and i've owned this copy for six. even in that case no one should be able to access my account, minding that im able to play on other servers.

and i have no doubt it was me who got banned because... well, i got banned.

Gobblegoose I banned you for racism. You wrote "Juden Raus" in chat. It was on Vadso City a couple days ago. On this server we have a zero-tolerance policy against nazism and racism. I'll try to find the chatlogs to refresh your memory.

thats a whole different case then. it was a response to someone playing the nazi germany anthem over the local voice chat and was in no way intended to offend anyone directly. i did not mean it seriously at all. though, if you do consider me a nazi, i can definitely assure that im not. yet i do agree that it was quite stupid of me to say that but i didnt think anyone would take that seriously since a dude was playing the fucking nazi germany anthem over the radio.

The right course of action would have been to report said person and that person would have been banned from the server immediately. Video gaming is full enough of bigotry and racism and we are happy that there is no place for that on [NEW] and most other PR servers.

well, i've learned my lesson and now will know what to do if i encounter a similar situation again.

Nate is spot on here. We as NEW do not accept any bigotry and we dont care about what you "really" think. You fucked up by acting and you doubled it by doing it on a german server for obvious reasons, gg! Whatever. We have a second chance policy depending on the rule violation. You will be unbanned now but your second chance is gone. Whatever gets you banned next (Of course I hope you dont get banned at all ) will make it permanent so watch your mouth and think twice before saying "funny" stuff.

I opened a ticket and you should be unbanned within the next two days.
