Finding a Name wont be the Problem. Main problem will be to get enough Admins on each event online to seed and administrade the Server. I think this is something NEW cant provide alone.
I remember JFTD when i was the only admin or just a small bunch of admins were online. There was no free moment to play a good round PR. Most of the Time i/we were busy replying on reports or spectate random Players to make sure they dont screw around. So the most important questions remains -

Can we get enough Admins on the server to provide the high standard everyone is expecting?

We need a planning tool for admins, so you can sign in for the events and everybody knows how many admins will be there.

When I suggested this the last time (when we still had JFTD on NEW) I was thrown out of the room because no one wanted to plan ahead more than one day. Nontheless, I still support this! Not only for admins but also for participating clans so we have more than 4m briefing time + loading screen to balance. Admins would be minimum requirement though.

It doesnt even need to be fancy, just open up an etherpad/gdoc.

I can't provide any help in organization or admining but just want to inform you that you can count on me setup up/sponsoring a server for whatever you want to do.

That might work for ducks, but smaller clans get into trouble when only 3 people show up. Also WGP tried this on ARC* JFTD and i felt it was really annoying. I wanted to switch my guys on one side and got told that im not an admin this day. Doesnt make sense in my opinion. The more admins we have, the better. No need to split up.

I think it was fine back in the beginning. Just join the propper admin channel in TS and help out. Once there is something to discuss you tell everybody to unmute via ingame chat.

Maybe we (Rage) can even add a comand like !mute that warns all admins online to unmute in TS. The message will be visible only for admins.
Also, what about adding more shortcuts?

I also dont think that rotating between clans/communitys should be the way to go. Its not only joint forces on the battleground but also in the wide lands of admining. ;)

Exactly this. We still have the TS channel "jointforces". Beeing consequent in keeping nonrelated chatter to a minimum here and only using it for admin/blanceing should work just fine.

Fair enough, I didnt know it was tested already.
