Well i think ABCD was the only activ admin.. So i think he missed some reports.. But usually we will reply to any report instantly.. we are just humans no machines..

I understand that. BUT! He reacted at first report with only warning.
Simple question: one guy gets insta-banned, another guy gets warned for the same thing. Whats the difference?

Also he reacted at last baserape report with warning me "STOP FLAMING"

Well i think he was just stressed and Humans under pressure act strange.. Usually we reply to each report with the right decision because we have a Adminguide and all Admins have to stick to the guide.. Well like i said were all humans and shit happens everyday..
