My feedback from the Curry opponents ;)
Khami (MEC): I was CO. Good COMMs with half of the team.
Kozelsk (RUS): Nice teamplay with most of the INF SQs (especially MERK) We could steamrolled the enemy even harder, but we had a really shit tank and bmp SQ (They wasted all assets in the first 5min)
Shijia (CHN): teams were unbalanced and the enemys rush was a bit too much... No CO and a less COMMS.
Marlin (FR): It was really funny, even playing the French Forces ;) Neander was a good CO. Good COMMs with QRF, MERK and GIS. Nice fights on UN Outpost (was it your SQ Curry?) and Embassy!!!
All in all it was not so good as last time, but ok. I agree with having more but open SQs for publics. But: pls no assets for noobs!!! And pls more admins on both sides (there was only Neander...)

Feedback 23.01.
Ghosttrain (UK): I was CO and had good comms with most of the team.
Xiangshan (CHN): good comms with INF SQ, CO was a real noob, APC/Tank SQs wasted their assets...
Beirut (RUS): enemy rushed our 2. flag... good teamwork with the whole team, very good CO
All in all: Last map was best because we had a good CO and competent crewmen. But we have to discuss the rushing rules...

Xiangshan: Joined mid-round on French team, good Fobs, comms seemed good.
Beirut: Was CO of the IDF team. I told 3 Squads to go for City Center, since it is crucial to get that really quick, sN1 moved up to your second flag (4 guys), idk if that is against the rules, I suppose not. We also had people on all previous flag before that, so it should be okay. Comms with GDW, 3dAC/OD-S and especially KSK were good. I had 2 Squads full of publics without proper squadleading (0 - 30 KD/R, yay), couldn't do much about that, so we lost.
Burning: 2x Panther, need to say more?

Balance could have been a little better but if we consider OGT as seeding map both teams won one map with +100 tickets.

KSK should be mentioned allot more, they are the 1 squad that will always do the dirty jobs in a team, I hold myself proud that my F|H squad also always first looks at the situation and take defense if needed, sometimes very annoying seeing all others go out on attack knowing others will do the needed jobs.
But KSK in my book, awesome clan and great teamwork squad. Just a sidenote.
A shame again we where to late to be able to join the server.
But we keep faith that the next teamwork event we can get in.

No fun, no balance, CO only once (GJ Rage!), started too late!!!
Bijar: Really unbalanced (only QRF and FH were using mumble) pls kick/ban Ger!nf from this event (no communication)

Dovre: Absolut unbalanced, no CO, no Comms (only with ITW and NEW)

Bijar: I was commanding for the first ~10 minutes. Comms were good, but we did not have a transport squad. Some guy opened one and left it right 1 sec before round start, so the whole deployment was fucked up. This way MEC could deploy on the oasis flag (or whatever it's called) with all kinds of shit and we were too slow. I blame trans, didn't play the rest.
Yamalia: Joined mid-round, used Logi, Sniper, Combat Engi and did stuff.
Enemy LAV did well and caused quite the frustration.
Dovre: I agree on imbalance. RU team had very good comms (3dAC, OD-S).
Kashan: Dont even want to talk about it.

Bijar: Yeah, was playing MEC and we had a blast. Good Commanding by Rage
and perfect Teamwork from the Squads.
Even though we were kinda shocked that the enemy team was complaining about missing Teamwork (I saw mostly WGP QRF and FH on your side and all of you should know better?) we acted in the next Round and switched teams (1 squad, 1 commander).
Yamalia: Best round of the Evening, teams were balanced (50~ - 0 iirc). A lot of fun was had!
Dovre: yeah, no Commander and little to no communication on German side. How were we supposed to see that comming after that awesome Yamalia round? While most Squads answered when directly spoken to, nearly no initiative.
Stoped playing after that. We just need more people going Commander.
I dont know if you guys reported every not participating squad/player, but if not DO SO. THEY WILL GET KICKED/TB. (we were a little low on Admins tonight with Moulin and Neander not available. So appologies if you did and it was not read. Only Rage and Mariachi were on tonight and both did either Commander or Squadleader)
If you have problems with the balance or Admins are not responding ingame to your report SEND AN AMBASSADOR INTO TEAMSPEAK. It is more simple to sort this stuff out through talking. The ingame chat just scrolls too damn fast.
