Banned in Deutschland

Racism/etc. Actually, our friendly transportpilot named "deutschland12" flew full chopper into enemy fire (and got banned by asset waste), conversation followed:
Me: "Nicely done, straight into enemy fire?"
D12: "Was?"
Me: "Enemy fire.. You wasted eight of us!"
D12: "Was?" (Teamchat)
Me: <insert national hymn here> (Teamchat)
D12: "Was?"

5. Comment why you ignored our serverrules and why we should unban you.
Umm.. No idea singing your national hymn to the pilot named after your country would be illegal or worth a ban, when referring to his/hers flying skills and communication. Feels a lot like Monty Python - moment here, but hey, now I know..

Hello Bandit,
I was the admin who banned you, simply because you quoted the old german hymn, which is directly linked to 1933-1945, which as you know was not a great time. Singing this hymn is forbidden by german law and because this server is located in Germany, we could theoretical get in trouble for something like that (I will censor your unban request because of that aswell).
I know this is something not many foreign players, but it is very important to us, we dont want to see any racism or something which is linked to it (Im pretty sure you didnt say that in with an insulting/racist attitude) on our server.
If you understand that, I see no problem in removing your ban, but please keep in mind, that we have a zero tolerance for racism/ racist slurs.

Roger that, understanding it loud and clear - to be honest, simple "warning" in game would have done it, but in other hand, banning without warning at the current time and amount of active PR players.. well, lets say that community is not all that big. I would like to discuss about those laws, rules and regulations, but I have a feeling that in this case that would be a too big storm in the milk glass, so I rather just say for my defense: Some people link even Mozart to 1933-1945 as well.

Well, anyhow, seems like the bans are still active and that is the only reason why I am "replying" to this thread. No worries and hurries though, playing more in the weekend when I have time...
