1. Silent Eagle

In Ghostfools Squad gewesen.

cheers,
Curry.

Far better rounds than last week.

1. Very nice to play Ia Drang, good CO and teamwork from the SL perspective, balanced game in the end (below 100-0 iirc).

2. Kashan was a bit of an overkill for MEC (I guess) but it was very nice to play on all flags and not only to fight in the bunkers. Did not have to fire a single bullet the whole round. (~ 250-0)

3. Saaremaa was my personal highlight, russian team was doing fine imho (except for a lack of Trans and good CAS), good comms, few problems, balanced teams and close game. (~40-0).

I am curious to hear the other team's perspective.

Admins were responding fast, gj.

I played Kashan as an Canadian and the teamwork was so awesome! We had multiple defense, attack and support squads all the time and we overun the Mec very well. It was one of the best rounds I ever played on Kashan inside an infantry unit.

Saaremaa was awesome too but the fight tooks too long and many players left the battlefield in the middle of the round.

All in all:

Very good teamwork and a very good Joint Forces Teamworkday

1. La Drang: Normally I leave the server when a Vietnam map is starting... But this time, me and my squad (US) had a really interesting round with good SQL communication. The Trans-Sq did a very good job and the teams were balanced.

2. Kashan: ... It was impossible for Mec Inf to go to, attack or defend the bunkers. Enemy tanks were shooting from the hills into the bunkers, because my team wasted all assets in the first 5-10 min.

3. Saaremaa: This map was my highlight on JFT. The CO wasn't doing a great job but there was a good communication between the SQ, especially INF SQ. The biggest problem was like in Kashan the asset waste... Our APCs didn't move with Inf and got destroyed. So they couldn't support our Inf on the flag.

But all in all this was the best JFT yet and I'm sure that we'll develope this event every time!!

Great rounds tonight.

1.La Drang: Was great. We had too few FOBs, I wasted couple of LOGIs tho.

2. Kashan: Joined in late, played as SM in the ODS squad. I heard the SL's had good COMMs. The teams didn't looked too unbalanced if you looked only at the tags in the scoreboard.

3. Saaremaa: was great, the russian deployment was awesome. The teamwork and coordination was epic, pretty much until the point when we lost all our TRANS pilots. Our assets were complete shit, CAS crews ragequitted everytime. The APC's tried but left all during the round. At the end we had no asset on the field, not even a COW or a LOGI :D

Was great tonight, thanks for joining everyone!

cheers,
Curry.

1. La Drang: We were late so i cant tell how this round was. I saw a "Free Kits" Squad on VC Side spread over the Map but round was almost over so i dont took further steps.

2. Kashan: MEC trapped us in south bunker, we managed to defend against a few attacks but finally they killed us. It was the typical Kashan scenario: No Armor to support the infantry, infantry trapped by enemy armor without a chance to move, no new Fobs at Bunkers because supply choppers and Trucks cant reach bunkers when its covered by armor. So please more Joint Forces on the heavy asset maps, i think it was the commanders fault, but we should focus on that its a common fault on the some maps.

3. Saaremaa: As far i can tell communication was good, but we had lack of Fobs and Supply Depot seemed surrounded by enemy Fobs and Infantry so it was really hard to attack that flag or even the Fobs around it.

In the end i think teamwork was good, the enemy team seemed to be better organized, but i still think we need to work on the focus of armor and heavy assets and im sure it will be better next time.

Maybe we should go for ALT or even INF layouts.

Ia Drang: Was quite good, good communication and really good teamwork. I really liked this round allthough the server was only half full but still filling.

Kashan: I was on the Mec side. In short, i had much better public rounds it was awful from my point of view as Tank-Gunner! I was not SL but from what i heard or lets better say from what i didnt hear was important information from the commander where the enemy armor is located and where they were heading. Sometimes even completely wrong informations which led us in a trap.

Yet i have to admit that the tanks should have taken another role not the one we all know from the public games where they are "only chasing" the enemy armor far away from our infantry. But this was exactly what we did , our failure. Apart from this, we did quite good in the beginning but later on the misinformations were following one after another. One try to finally cover our infantry at the bunkers ended up in a tank slaugther because we approach from a complete wrong side and drove right into a trap.

So the main reason why this round was a complete failure in my opinion was the commander.
We definitely need to react faster here and have to resign such commanders. Its difficult to decide when its time to resing the com after how many failures and misinformations but i dont want to have anything like this anymore on a JFT. Maybe the SLs should talk to each other after they have the feeling he cant do his job in a productive way and then resign him!

Dont get me wrong here theres no problem with one or two bad decision from the commander so dont be scared to go commander now its not always an easy job but you should give clear orders and give the right informations at least otherwise you have nothing to do in that postion, in my opinion.

Saaremaa: Good coms, good teamwork, thats how pr should be played all the time. Although people were leaving because it was late already. Had a lot of fun.

I have to agree, on the canadian side it was one of the best round of Kashan ever.
We had good coordination, and most importantly quality instead of quantity in CAS & Tanks.
That left lots of people for infantry, the queen of the battlefield. Who were all deployed in sensible locations throughout the game.
