5. First of like i sayd i have not been warned at all, then i have not base rape i was flying F18 and spoted Mig29 durring take off, so i did turn around, found him and kill. He was not in base, he was in air already out of main base.

The i was not warned thing is over and out. Read and understand the NEW ERA Rules before playing on our server. each day somebody is braking the rules and complaining about not getting warned before banned.

Hi Grober1991,

the admin who has banned you was [NEW]Rage and he will decide what happens next. The reason for a instant ban without warning was, that we want you here in our forum to discuss that shit. Taking out a jet while landing or starting is not allowed, it's called baseraping because the starting/landing jet has no chance to defense his life. The only case you allowed to kill the CAS above the mainbase is if a dogfight started outside in the air!

Yes he was out of the airfield but maybe 200 meters and only 400 meters high after starting and thats the problem!

All in all:
We want to offer realistic and fair gameplay on our server. So please think about your case and I hope you understand that killing starting jets/cas is not realy fair.
What whould you do if I stand with an anti air right next to your mainbase and lock/shoot at you while starting/landing? Right thats easily bullshit and we don't allowed that because nobody have fun by using such lame tactics.

Then i would like to state how sorry i'm, all that starting/landing stuff i confusing cause diffrent server deal with it difrently. I ask for unbaning and prommis that next time i wont attack landing/starting CAS, i was hot-headed that time when i saw enemy cas and was able to kill it.

im the admin who banned you. Neander already told you exactly what you did wrong, there is less to add only that i know no server where it is tolerated to shoot down a landing or starting jet beside "Hardcore Server".

Nonetheless as already said its a no go to engage starting and landing jets on our server besides and because you dont need any skill to shoot down slowed down jets, the engaged jet cant do nothing against it!

You are not allowed to fly into the airspace at low altitude at the enemy main at all man since you are not a already in a dogfight! To be precise with low altitude i mean everything below 2k because everthing below you can scan for starting jets with your long range. I heard you yesterday more than once flying at "low" altitude over our main!

Long story made short, we want FAIR gameplay and teamwork on our server thats what our server stands for. Its easy, if you see a slow jet in landing or starting procedure you have the balls and turn away and dont shoot better you dont even patrol the landing patterns of the jets like i do. Ohterwise if your dogfights started in a neutral zone anywhere on the map you are allowed to chase the jet at every altitude even back to his main.

Second the reason for the ban. Either way you would have been time banned for this action the reason i banned you is because the other day you Ciemny guys shot down multiple times jets in landing or starting procedure once before on Khamisiyah. So i explained it to you over the all chat to stop that you agreed. You did it again yesterday i banned you!

Its easy we want fair gamplay so stop patroling the landing and starting patterns or the airspace around the enemy main dont shoot on starting or landing jets. You are a good pilot i dont want to loose a good opponent or wingman but if you do anything like this again on our server and dont behave fair you will get banned permanetly.

2nd and last chance you will get unbanned this time.

PS.: I know you will anyway but to be sure tell that your friends aswell! I dont want to repeat this 3 times necesseraly! ;)
