Ban appeal (Visazinis)

Yesterday I've been banned without logical reason. I've been flying with blackhawk and accidently killed two players in a row. First one have been killed during flight, second - after landing. That had happened because of rush, but not maliciously. I realy apologise for my actions and I'm really sad because of death of two teammates of mine. On the other hand - I haven't crashed any huey during gameplay. So one more time - I apologise for things that I've done and I would like to ask for mercy!

I banned you. The reason was that I clearly saw you altering course to hit me with the blackhawk on top of a mountain. First I assumed that it was a accident but then i saw you on the map heading directly towards the next player and teamkilling him as well. For me that was reason enough to assume you teamkilled on purpose. Of course there is the possibility that it was a very unlucky chain of accidents but I did not see a supply or heli request on the map.
Since I can not for sure say that it was on purpose and we anyways give a second chance to everybody (except very harsh offenses) you will be unbanned.
Just follow the rules and be more carefull when flying around in the future
