Restarting Server Before starting Events

Yesterday on Joint Operations i decided to restart the server before we started playing Joint Operations. Server was almost full and there was a little risk to loose many players. but a few info messages that the server will restart at least they all reconnectet and we had a fresh and stable server for the event. i suggest to keep doing it before the future events starts.

PRO:
Fresh and stable running server (hopefully)
Filtering out random players ( they probably wont rejoin - True PR Players will rejoin for event anyway. Its was pretty easy to keep overwatch joining players and switch them for balance without they have any clue noticing they got switched. and its way easier to recall who was on which side.

Contra:
Loosing Players (mostly random players will change server true nerds will rejoin.

Server was running fine no crashes no lags during JON. i think we should keep doing an reboot before playing.

This way you can seed the server early and then still get everyone on the server in time with the restart. And then upon restart, you balance properly and are good to go

Will also help to kick the afk Guys, that we will start with 100% activ players
