We're all banned on your server. Please refrain from collective punishment. I know erik already applied, just wanna make sure you unban all of us if you decide to unban anyone. Except for maybe the one person you actually wanted to punish.

Edit: That whole spying bullshit was a PRTA only thing, my clan and me had no idea of what this person was doing for PRTA. In my personal opinion its very poor judgement to just ban a whole clan because of some assumptions. You might not like us, but we did not break any rules and we're definately not disturbing any teamplay on your server.

Dear UTD-Member,

as you may have noticed, all of you guys are banned. This was done as a quick reaction after we as NEW-Community got the information that your clanlead and PRTA manager (at this time) Steckdose posted screenshots from our internal forums in the PRTA management section. This was and is unacceptable for us and resulted in Steckdose being banned without the chance to appeal.

We kept all of you guys banned for suspected involvement. Of course, this is (we hope!) not correct. So we will unban you after an appeal in which you state truthfully that you didn't know that our internal information were being forwarded to outsiders and distance yourself from those actions commited by the intruder and Steckdose.

This means: If we ever find you play with Steckdose, or another account of his, on our server, we will consider your appeal as void and will once again ban you, this time with no chance for any further appeals.

i really cant remember making steckdose clan leader.

your knowledge of how we run things and what we think and know is greatly overwhelming my own personal knowledge base. please share it with me.

some of you seem to have funny thoughts about us anyway from what i hear. very entertaining i must say.

anyway enough rant im actually quite amazed that you guys once refrain from generalizing (too much). people i never heard of seem to know how we are and how to handle us, we appreciate that.

count me in as having appealed in the other thread. and erik in this one i suppose.

Of course i've seen the files. Yet i haven't ordered them nor have i motivated my member to get himself access to your internal forums. Also i learned about it after he had posted it on PRTA, so i wouldn't have been able to stop that PRTA / NEW drama from happening.

I dont like what he did, and it fucked up the reputation of my clan for something neither me or anyone else in the clan had called for. It was not okay of him and he will refrain from doing any such thing in the future, i made that very sure.

Also my ban evasion was childish and stupid, i wanna apologize for that. At that time i just couldn't handle the unfair and generalized banning of my whole clan.

Just wanted to point this out: i know alot of NEW people dislike me, and alot of people want to keep me banned for whatever reason they can come up with, but objectively speaking, there's no reason to keep me or someone else banned. If you want your server full and good teamplay on it, it helps not to ban a clan that is constantly growing. Get over yourselves, i just did it myself and its not that hard. I think we're all done with this drama bullshit. Let's get PR going.

We at NEW are pretty over it since we dont like to feed more shit into childish dramas. It just have proofed how toxic some players in this PR community are. And we made a pretty clear Statement that we dont like to have these kind of toxic players on the NEW ERA WARFARE server.

We decided to ban your entire clan because we had to draw an final line. UDT was too often in our Banforums and this wasnt not just a rulebreak, it was a attack against our Community and our allies. We really do not care if just Steckdose was the bad guy, so we decided to remove your entire toxic clan.

We really dont need you 3ti or UTD on the NEW ERA SERVER. We have nice clans who come and play PR on our Server without any Drama. I think we are happy like it is at the moment. You should have taken the chance when the time was right. Now the dices been shot and you have to "get over it"
