Unfairly Banned - Unknown reason

1. When have you been banned? No idea, last/this week I guess?

2. What was the reason? Aparently someone else in my clan did something that got the whole clan banned.

3. Who was the Admin? No idea, high powered people I assume

5. Comment why you ignored our serverrules and why we should unban you. I have not broken any rules, but aparently been banned for something someone else in my clan has done(whole clan banned). Without mentioning names, I have been told it has to do with some issue between PRTA and NEW/3daC.
I will only speak for myself here, and to defend myself, I have to say that I have not done anything wrong, and I frankly do not know why me my whole clan is banned when only 1(?) person has done something wrong.

In real life this could be seen as arresting innocent people for what their friends have done, just because they know them(AKA no real reason to be arrested).

I hope I can be unbanned and be able to play on the server, because like I said, I am innocent and I dont have that much idea of what have happened.

Just to intersect here: NEW is not a state/the police/the law. They are not arresting anyone but making use of their rights, since its their server and they are - by law - able to decide who is allowed to play on their server and who's not. They do not have to state a reason why somebody is not allowed on their property.

I highly recommend LAN parties instead of a public multiplayer server.

I get that, but I'm just saying that the reason I got for being banned doesn't seem fair to me, since like I said, I have done nothing. This ban seems to me like you just dont like me/want me on your servers and wont tell me what I have done to prevent me from appealing.

I do obey the server rules, and I play on your servers terms, so why should who I play with be a problem for me? What have I done wrong? The reason I got for being banned was "one in your clan have done "this and that", so therefore you all are banned. So please tell me: what have I done? what rules have I broken to deserve a ban?

Sorry for the long delay. The whole thing is very hot stuff for all of us.

We finally managed to aggree on what we are voting about in you guys cases. The poll will end on next saturday and actions will be taken immediately after! I will unlock the thread then and update this post.

Dear UTD-Member,

as you may have noticed, all of you guys are banned. This was done as a quick reaction after we as NEW-Community got the information that your clanlead and PRTA manager (at this time) Steckdose posted screenshots from our internal forums in the PRTA management section. This was and is unacceptable for us and resulted in Steckdose being banned without the chance to appeal.

We kept all of you guys banned for suspected involvement. Of course, this is (we hope!) not correct. So we will unban you after an appeal in which you state truthfully that you didn't know that our internal information were being forwarded to outsiders and distance yourself from those actions commited by the intruder and Steckdose.

This means: If we ever find you play with Steckdose, or another account of his, on our server, we will consider your appeal as void and will once again ban you, this time with no chance for any further appeals.
