5. Comment why you ignored our serverrules and why we should unban you. I was not being ignorant a situation happened between a clan friend of mine where several kicks were handed out towards my team mate which in turn he became frustrated after being kicked 2-3 times, this ended up with him (Super6-4) tk'ing rage. I decided to then help the situation for my friend after he recieved his ban by reviving [NEW] Rage but unfortunately after I stabbed him with the epipen I pressed 3 and shot him. I regret my accident but, I couldn't help but notice that the excessive KICKING was a pretty poor show of admin skills as there was little.. closer to no attempt to solve the situation at hand. I also refuse to believe that 1 TK on my behalf recieves a permabanhammerslam.

Sorry for making you butthurt R4ge it was not my intention. If it makes any different I would like to appeal for super as I feel the situation was more created by R4ge not communication to get to the root of the problem. But I guess admins abusing power is common on most games but the decision on this situation will bring a lot of light to the circumstances that stand.

Do you know how our community was founded? The admins of a really popular server at the time abused their power for personal interest and favored only their guys and told us: "If you don't like it here open your own Server!" ....

And here we are now!
That means it's totally against our philosophy to abuse our power as admin and believe me I am the last who would do so even the opposite is the case if I see an admin misusing his power I start to "rage"! We are here to guarantee fairplay, teamplay, to lookout for the balance as far as possible and last but not least the most difficult part to make sure everyone behaves in at least some mature and respectful way.

Now this round was the worst I played in PR for a very very long time not only because the lack of skills of our team, it sucks but this can happen but because of the general attitude, everyone gave a fuck about the team and did whatever they wanted a horde of selfish squads not able to communicate.

I have to admit I reacted more strictly than usual but because of that mess going on there I had to! So I started to check all SLs if they have mic and "taught" them to use it. I told them I get rid of every non-teamplayer immediately when suddenly Superr6-4 joined took a sniper left and created his own squad, usually I dont bother much but this time the whole team was a mess, I took action here as well warned & kicked him next time ask if you can have it no matter if you join a tank squad! Also I know him from the past when he shot me in the face on Kashan in an A10 in the main! Plus point to his attitude!

I kicked him only once and now comes the point where we have to apologize but after that incident I already talked about it in our internal forums, a second admin kicked him then again because he meant Superr6-4 was insulting me! Ofc he would have deserved an explanation and would have got one! ...killing an admin not really helps here to get one! If he wants an unban, he has to come here by himself.

For you Russy,I believe in the good of people but I am not naive and I don't believe you that it was an accident, anyway due to our second chance policy you get unbanned use it wiseley. Don't let such an "accident" happen again!

Btw: second chance policy doesn't mean you always have a second chance it always depends on the case, not that the word gets spread one can do whatever he wants on NEW there is a second chance policy!
