It was today on Kashan desert, I was on USA side and I was in CAS sq, flying the A10 and after i got shot down by the mig I was infantry in the same squad untill the A10 spawned, then I went with my squad mate to the base to take my a10, then while I was on my way to the base [NEW]manuel1011 joined our sq, we told him a10 was mine, he took it and left the squad, made sq 8, HOTEL squad I think, and when I came back to base I told him to give me the A10, but he went to the runway, to take off, and i shot 2-3 times from the humvee to warn him, but he was about to go to take off so I teamkilled him, then 5 sec later, I got banned, reason: PVT [508th_PIR]Cobra, stop teamkilling! and that was the only TK i made on that round.

When u joined our server, u should have seen that there is a rule called: "First come first served".
That means, that assets don't belong to any squad (If the commander doesn't say so).

It isn't your asset. also you made a TK for an asset. Last but not least u aren't allowed to judge anyone on this server. If u see people doing any "bullsH*t, use our report function -the "!r" command. Admins will handle your case as soon as possible.

But i have to admit, that manuel should had shown more cooperative federalism in this case.
Atleast he should had explained to you, what our rules are about.

I hope u and manuel will get along, and i think he will understand your point and agree with a lifting of your ban. But finally it is his decision.
