Ban appeal

Yo. Got banned for "ad hoc racism" a few weeks ago for having a squad called Niglets somewhere around end of December. Banning admin was Ranzpirat afaik. Complete username is [OD-S]L4gi.

As some of you might know, my clan is one of the most diverse in this whole game. We have black people, white people, middle eastern people, slavic people - you name it, we probably got it. Its very hard to see what you guys might find racist when compared to how we talk to each other. If ive offended someone with that then im sorry. Wont happen again.

Hey L4gi.

Thanks for finding your way to our forums. I understand that you think the ban was a bit harsh. But you have to understand, that we try to have a 0% tolerance policy against racistic bullshit. I do believe that you didnt do that because you are racist or discriminating regarding people of other skin colors but rather because it was funny to you.

Guess what, as I already told you in TS, I didnt think it was funny and I thought my eyes were falling out when I saw the screenshot of you leading a squad with a racist name. Not because I thought you were doing a "hatecrime" to disrespect others but because I thought that you and your people should know, understand and respect our ruleset by now.

What you and your multi-national mates do for jokes and giggles is none of my concern, but if you do it public on our server it is.

Anyway, your ban will be lifted. You should be able to join after the next server restart. If not, please respond in this thread again. But please understand and respect what I am trying to say to you.

ps.: We have a second chance policy, but no third chance. So please keep in mind that you wont get unbanned again.

Everyone is equal and it doesnt matter who you are. we have rules and if you break these rules you have to deal with an punishment. And something we do not like are racist slurs or racist squadnames or racism at all. And it doesnt matter that you have many multi cultural guys in your clan. racism even in jokes are not welcome on our Server. i know you quite a long time now and i often heard you saying some borderline stuff like that. you might think its funny but we dont and this time the mousetrap bustet you.

I understand what you are after, no problems with that. Not that I care much but with this sort of reasoning people making white trash etc squads should also get a ban, or am I wrong? Im not trolling or anything, I just want to make sure there is no misunderstandings.

I have never seen a "white trash" squad on our server, but if you ever see one just make sure to report it and we will investigate.
