Banned

I got banned yesterday. Monday around 21.00 in the evening.
I got banned while catching a ride with my squadleaders tank. But i our squad stole the tank and was TOLD to bring it back but my squadleader did not. Then he got banned and I was the next squadleader. I told the driver of the tank to go back, but he didnt. Driver "niceyy". Then i left the squad to keep myself from being banned. But i still got banned.

I did not want to break the rules but i guess i did in a way. Sorry for that and i hope you can unban me

Hey, nice to see that you found your way into our forums.

Im the admin that banned you.

Your driver wasnt niceyy but it was some dude called freddy. He only got kicked, since he didnt react to my warnings.

I expected you to drive it back, warned you, still no reaction. Shortly after that i saw that you abandoned the tank, and then a report came trough, saying that you destroyed the tank on purpose.
That's what got you the ban.

If this was not case, and you can proove me wrong, I'll get you unbanned.

Just remember one thing:
Stealing assets isnt allowed. No matter what Freddy wrote there. (I still remember the chat)
Make sure to read our rules when you play on our server the next time.

No, i promise. I was the gunner. I was gunning the tank. Niceyy was driver. I don't know how to prove you wrong with that. You just have to take my word for it. I was not the driver of the tank. I was in the main gun.


You made a mistake. And i can't blame you. How could you know who was driving and who wasnt driving. Did someone say i was driver?

I know i can't steal assest. Same rules on PRTA and other servers.

I'm 100% sure that your driver was called Freddy, and not nicey. ;)

My reason for the direct ban were these reports, shortly after i kicked Freddy:

2014-05-05 23:17:18: Report performed by ' *PlayerName* ': (stolen asset)

I know the guy who reported you, and i know that he overreacts most of the time. Thats why I immediately pressed the big, red and shiny Ban-Button.

I'll just go ahead and believe you then.

Due to our 2nd chance policy your ban will be lifted,... Once!

Now its up to BloodyDeed to unban you.
This could take a while (1-3 days), since he is quite busy atm.
