[3rdAC] merger with [NEW]

I'm happy to announce that after long discussions between 3rdAC and NEW management we have decided to bring our clans together under the [NEW] tag.
We hope that this will benefit both communities and that the members from 3rdAC will strive to adopt the clan's now primary language (German). It was decided that English words were two short for use during intense clan battles and that everyone would prefer to use 14 syllable words for communicating.
All German players from 3rdAC will automatically have admin status and all other players must retake bootcamp.
