Exactly two years after our first announcement, the award winning Project Reality and Black Sand Studio teams are proud to announce the release of our first public version of PR:BF2 Vietnam, to be released on:

Friday, April 6th, 2012

Download Information
PR:Vietnam will be distributed using a separate installer available via Torrent and direct download. It will be accessible on the day mentioned above.

Included in the PR:BF2 Vietnam release is a brand new updater. This updater will allow you to keep up to date with the latest advancements we are making, including bug fixes and new features as they get created. This will avoid the need to manually download and install new patches. Be sure to watch PR:BF2's ingame news-ticker and the PR:BF2 Vietnam forum to keep track of changes and updates. Messages will be posted in order to inform you when an update is necessary.

Similar to our latest map pack, this is our second official PR:BF2 DLC release, and will also be completely optional. However, in order to be able to play on all servers we strongly recommend to download and install it.

In the future PR:BF2 Vietnam will be completely integrated into the main PR:BF2 build, and will be featured in the upcoming version 1.0.

New Features and Changes

• 3 new factions: Vietnam War era US Army, USMC and NVA
• 2 brand new maps as well as 2 modified existing PR:BF2 maps
• Many new vehicles, weapons and other equipment

Server Files
If you currently host a Project Reality: BF2 game server you will be able to download the files needed for PR:BF2 Vietnam via the Server Admin Control Panel prior to release. If you want to start hosting a server, please follow the link below to apply for a Server License.

Ich hoffe für alle R-DEV's, R-Con's und R-whatever's das dies nicht nur ein Aprilscherz ist, sonst muss ich euch suchen und eigenhändig umbringen um es mal mild auszudrücken .

Wenn es dann kein April Scherz ist, ist es möglich die Maps in den normalen Mapcircle reinzusetzen oder müsste man dann die Karten auf einem separaten Server laufen lassen ?!

Ich glaube das sie zum 1.0 Release versuchen werden das fest in normales PR zu integrieren, so das man es in der map-rota laufen lassen kann. Aber kein Plan wie es bis jetzt aussieht.

Freu mich aber auch schon richtig! Dschungelmaps und Huey Gunship ftw!

Kann mir nur vorstellen so über so ner Lichtung zu hovern und ordentlich mit der M60 NVAs umzumähen. Get some!
