[GIS+] Teamwork Event ''Infantry Only''

Following the success of the ''Asian Invasion'' Event we will start another event on our high performance server located in Germany. You are invited to grab a brand-new pair of combat boots sponsored by the GIS+ armory and taste the dirt on four different terrain types while serving in the spine of any battle formation: The Infantry!

No story, just combat.

According to the current planning, this event is not going to feature Mumble. Therefore, you are positively encouraged to join us on our TS3 server for the sake of teamplay and the performance of your party.

We will again have a lot of people from various clans and communities on both sides ensuring a coordinated game. You should have no trouble joining a squad and of course you are free to lead your own one.



Reflecting on the previous events and the tremendous amount of valuable feedback you provided us with, this event's policy will be extended by some additions in order to augment our guests' experience:

1. Password protected server
2. Joining on TS/Mumble is indispensable
3. Experienced GIS commanders for both parties if otherwise positions would remain vacant
4. One GIS squad on each side and continuous efforts in balancing the GIS manpower

Ich denke auch diesmal werden wir ein kleines New-Sq zusammen kriegen!

sehr schön, wird hoffentlich ein lustiger abend, mal sehen ob die änderungen die wir gemacht haben etwas bringen in sachen teamplay bzw. teambalance.

Ein Event wo ich mich eigentlich sehr darauf gefreut habe, leider hat es in Operation Toastbrot
ausgeartet. Der Masterserver hat das Spielvergnügen auch ziehmlich runter gezogen.
Wirklich schade.

also ich war zwar nur die erste runde dabei (silent eagle), aber von der taktik her konnte ich nicht meckern. Germanius hatte das Squad voll im Griff und durch verdammt vorbildliche Squadtaktik konnten wir die Runde für uns gewinnen. Ich weis zwar nicht wie's weiter ging, aber für die eine Runde hat es sich richtig gelohnt dabei gewesen zu sein!
