2. What happened? (Try to describe as accurate as possible)
Pavlovsk, Russian side. Both players used marksman/sniper kit to fire on friendlies (3dAC) on TOW/AA emplacements (making them black&white and bleed out); I tempbanned Oriz, after which bohbot mass-teamkilled, and then I tempbanned him too. Neither player responded on mumble when other players told them to stop griefing.

2015-07-18 approximately 18:20 PRT

This is Oriz and bohbot's first offence AFAIK, therefore tempban, but on recommendation of multiple 3dAC members I would like to see them both permabanned.

They were intentionally sniping Navo on his TOW(And Stompa, but I was unaware of that at the time).
Navo returned fire after being made black and white since he was under fire, and got a TK. Then we saw it was a two sniper team, one of who had been killed by Navo's TOW. The remaining guy kept firing at our assets, eventually TKing me. xact then TBed him and his friend immediately started mass TKing and got TBed also.

As xact is an admin he can of course up the tb to a ban by posting a support ticket and writing/linking a banreport.

why does he need to make a ticket? This is enough to react and ban them permanently witout any ticket. just ban them and write a ticket yourself Ranzi.

He needs to do the ticket so one of the technicians can up the ban from tb to b.

And the banning admin does the banreport. As always. I dont see a problem?

For reference: Bloody and I get emails if someone posts a supportticket, so we can react faster. This time (as I responded to this thread anyhow) its overkill, but for the next time just put your requests in there.
