1. Who was involved in the incident? (Comitters and victims)
Comitters: the two listed in the thread title
Victims: the Chinese APC squad
2. What happened? (Try to describe as accurate as possible)
They were originally members in the APC squad. They had been assigned VN3 cars. They took, without permission, a different asset. They ignored repeated commands to return that asset. On being kicked, they simply made another squad and stole the asset

00:20 (approx) GMT+1 26/02/2015 (might've been midnight 25/02)

Is there anything else to say? If "clan members" are entitled to break the rules as they please, then by all means continue to do so.

Unfortunately I failed to get the chat logs on the screenshots. I wish I had an audio log for his wondeful comment, too.
