I like my desert first so I'm gonna start of with that your server is one of my favorite - both in game play wise and administration / teamwork orientation. Had a hell of a crazy round on Lashkay Valley last night and as usually fun with all the NEW guys that was on.

Now to the sad story, where my evening and gaming night got destroyed and ruined by some intentional glitchers.

Definition of "Glitching" should be known to all, if not - http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Glitching

I'll just get this off my chest if you guys don't mind. In my opinion "glitching" is when a person/player uses means that are not meant for the game or the game play it self, where he/she uses this to their advantage (to win/kill/survive) with full knowledge and consequences of his/her actions. I don't mind people/players explore/discover and test things out on private or even public servers, as long as they are mature and has some decent common sense and respect to others, The players I'm about to report had nothing to do with maturity, common sense or even respect to the game, server and players. This is a mod for a game, where it is meant to explore and discover glitches, bugs and other stuff that should be fixed (And they will always be there) - a decent player will most likely understand that and try to help/promote/report this bug/glitch to prevent same thing happened to others (in worse case scenario, other players abuse the bug/glitch to their advantage). I'm not gonna keep on going here, because honestly out of huge respect for you guys (NEW) - I will not flame, insult or start any E-dramas here (we all know I luv'it )! So to business.

Victims
Players that had the unfortunate to be involved by getting killed in this unfair firefights was me (CopyCat), Ziriix and several other players (among them at least 5 New Era Warfare members).

2. What happened?
In short - they were intentionally glicthing to their advantage and using glitches to be unable to be killed or found (BUT - They spawned on the cache, which in result accidentally placed them outside the "perimeter") . I think the video and the screenshots will say more then thousand words.

3. When did it happen?
Date: 2012-06-12
Time: 23:00/00:00 GMT/PRT
Map: Lashkar Valley

4. Anything else that could be important.
The players to be reported should be punished as any other on any other server - perm. ban for glitching due to full awareness and knowledge of their actions - please. Don't let this kind of players ruin the game, the server and the evenings for honest players like us. Also this two reported players intentionally built a hide out for other players to spawn in and exploit the glitch at the same time as to give them self a chance to spawn in and do it repeatedly. I will add that there was several (2 to be precise) HeroS members that was accidentally spawned outside the texture/map, but was wise enough to not shoot/kill any player - Therefor I will not report them, but would advise to keep an eye on them.

I would like to add also that with the fact that we are all humans and you all NEW members love this game probably as much as me or more, like to spend evenings gaming and having fun. But please with all due respect don't forget or ignore your admin duties and the commitment you take on when being an admin (I'm not gonna disrespect you guys, but I am also aware of how to be an admin). What I'm trying to say is that when ever you play, having fun and running around with your clan mates - you usually do that alot, and you have about 4 or 5 admins always active, on a off-day probably 1 or 2, which is wonderful to see a server running smoothly and nice. The fact is that my approach and reaction in this situation was very disrespectful towards your rules of abusive language (but come on.. this is 16+ rated ) and the fact that I did not use the !r command due to a similar thing happened on PRTA server the other day - and it turned out to be a legit situation but I embarrassed myself by letting frustration and feelings take over - which resulted in a argue between the admins on the server and me... Basically, guys you got about 2 - 5 admins constantly playing, I know you would like to play, have fun and enjoy the game but please try not to ignore or forget the small messages popping up when someone is reporting (I am sure that you will correct me and I am mistaken and you will tell me that BigBrother watching over the server and the game constantly - but what the heck, I just wanted to say what I see).

Thank you for your report and especially for your time to write all this and record the video. As they intentionally used this bug to kill people and even built a hideout to allow others to use it - this is clearly an action worthy of a ban. We will take the nececcary actions, thank you once more.

P.S.: The link you gave to the third video leads to the second.

P.S2.: I hope on our next battle PB will work properly and won't kick half the teams every 10 minutes. Otherwise it was great fun (only a bit long ).

Just one more thing: If you see a FOB/hideout with it's radio in the wall or you spawn in a building because of a missplaced one, don't hesitate to destroy it! Even if you get reported/teamkilled for it if you tell the admins it was a glitched FOB they will stand on your side.
The main problem could have been (I wasn't there, just speculating) that we had no admin on Ins side/he was somewhere else at the time. Even if we would have an admin right on the cache we can't see in the rock (nobody can), and there are a lot of blue dots around the cache - so unfortunatelly we couldn't find out who this was on the running map, just after it ended using the battlerecorder. Therefore this type of action usually goes with a delayed permbann (I already wrote the banreports, so they can't play tonight).

Ich war auf der seite der Glichter...hatte aber keinen Report über Gliching bekommen und keiner unserer Member spawnte an diese Gliching Fob da wir wo anderst beim Kämpfen waren.

Nächstes mal bei verdacht sofort Reporten, um den ordentlichen Spielern diese frustierenden Ereignisse zu ersparen.....
