Admin Misconducting ?

Hi there me and my friends was playing on Fallujah west and was driving around a repair / logistics truck. meanwhile this happens i get shot down in a firefight near an objective on the map and have to respawn at main whilst my squadmates has to reload our heavily damaged truck and rearm. meanwhile this happens MrSherenai jumps into our truck and rams me in the head meanst we are telling him we are using it and it was obvious since we drove it and the driver jumped out bleeding. The driver at the time warpig fires a salvo that i se is stupid but in similarity ramming your own team with a logitruck isnt really better... also i tell him it was imature of the admin to kick him for the reason "Teamkilling" without a warning and taking the truck. he then jumps out of the truck and starts blaming me and says i have to drive to a object and complete a series of orders wich i said i would do when my sqmember would reconnect and i would be able to conduct the mission. i thought it was ok until he then utters this.

3.5 In case that a crew have to get out of their vehicle for repairs etc.,
the "Stealing"of it is forbidden.
2.3.2 The Commander can assign vehicles to the squads.
( i dont know if this is totally clear but for what far as i have seen the commander isnt a squad and the commander should take his role seriously.) but i dont know how you guys have this totally set up. Usually NEW era is one of the best servers and the admins always cooperate but this was a totally change. He said he was one of the foundingmembers and even that amazes me even more.

I will give Sherenai a chance to give a statement about this case as I dont want to judge anything wrong.

Also Sherenai could not have misused his position as admin as he isnt even one :p.
So Im not sure what happened with the kicking there.

Thx for that report. I will tell you how the situation looked like for me. We will confirm it later on with the help of BattleRecorder and the Chat Log. I left the UAV trailer because i found a unknown cache which was not guarded at the time. You, or your mate i dont know it yet, camped around the LAV, the other one stood at the repair station. It was not obvious that the truck belongs to your squad, I thought you want to ride the LAV.

I jumped into the Truck to ride to the unknown as fast as possible to get it before the insurgents have a chance to build up some defense around it. I couldnt even move 5 meters till your mate shot at the truck and me. The first message which says something like "dont take it" was displayed a few seconds later when i tried to heal myself. It wasnt me kicking you mate, but it was my order that he should get kicked in fact you are not allowed to shoot at your teammates or team assets in no situation you dont even shoot in your mainbase! And, btw. I got no eyes in the back of my head. If I roll you over its a mistake that happeneds so better dont stand behind vehicles in the future, you dont look back any second you move.

Second thing is, that i needed someone to go to that cache very fast, but all squads seemed to be occupied. So, after you told me that you need that truck i gave you the order to move to that cache instead of assigning it to me from the very first beginning. But you kept discussing and didnt follow my orders for about 3 minutes. So I told ya to give me that truck to get the mission done because it was prior. And this is legit. As commander on our server you are allowed to assign Squads, Assets, Weapons nearly everything to get the job done. And if you dont follow the commander he is even allowed to kick you.

So, to put it in a nutshell. You didnt gave me the chance to get an overview on the situation and prefered to shoot at me, the truck and didnt follow my orders. Ofc its forbidden to steal vehicles but it wasnt obvious that its your truck. In my eyes I didn't violate my own rules as you said and
